GROUP COURSES
Test preparation is offered in the form of group courses (weekend, evening, or intensive courses). Schedule of group courses is determined in advance by the Top Finance
Administrator (hereafter referred to as Administrator) in accordance with the Student's choice. The Student will be informed in advance of any possible changes.

PRIVATE CLASSES
Private classes are scheduled in advance, in agreement between the Student and the Administrator. Any proposition of a schedule change by the Student must be addressed in person or by telephone to the Administrator, and not to the Instructor. If the Student cancels a class less than 24 hours in advance, the hours scheduled are billed in full. If the Student cancels a class more than 24 hours in advance, the class is rescheduled according to the Student's and the Instructor's availability. No schedule change is considered official until it is approved and registered by the Administrator.

LENGTH OF ENROLLMENT AND GUARANTEE
The length of enrollment depends on the number of hours subscribed for and paid by the Student. Students registered for group courses and distance program are entitled to the Tuition Free Continuing Help (TFCH).

PAYMENTS
Any registration for classes or programs must be paid in full at least 24 hours before the first class by the Student or by a third party (employer, state office, educational foundation, etc.). Acceptable payment methods and currency depend on the location of the course.

STUDY MATERIALS
A set of study materials is included in the course price of group courses and distance program. The study material fee for private classes is not included in the course price and must be paid by the Student upon registration. Top Finance provides the Student with study materials in different formats (books, CDs, etc.). They are used for the sole purpose of preparing for tests and cannot be copied or sold. Unauthorized reproduction of materials in any form is strictly prohibited.

CANCELLATION AND REIMBURSEMENT
Group courses
Students wishing to cancel the enrollment group courses and be reimbursed the amount paid should explain the reasons for the cancellation in a letter addressed to the Administrator. Within the 30 days following the reception of the letter, the student will receive:
- 90% tuition refund for cancellation before or during Week 1 of class.
- 50% tuition refund for cancellation during Week 2 of class.
- 0% tuition refund for cancellation after Week 2 of class.
End of the week for a course is defined by end of last class session scheduled for that week.
Private class & distance program
Tuition paid for private or distance courses cannot be reimbursed. However, classes can be rescheduled provided the Student informs (in person or by telephone) the Top Finance Administrator at least 24 hours in advance for private classes and before the reception of the study materials for the distance program.
Study materials
Amounts paid for study materials cannot be reimbursed. Study materials proved to be defective will be replaced free of charge.

REGISTRATION FOR TESTS
Responsibility for registration and payment for official exams is entirely that of the Student.

FORMATION CONTINUE AND DROIT INDIVIDUEL A LA FORMATION
All Top Finance study options qualify for Formation Continue and Droit Individuel а la Formation (DIF) regimes; however, the downloadable registration form cannot be used
in this case. Please contact a Top Finance Administrator for more information regarding registration under these circumstances.
