Top Finance/Stalla's dedication to your success does not end until you have become a Charterholder. We believe so strongly our approach helps prepare candidates to pass the CFA® exam that we offer an unprecedented Success Guarantee* to our students enrolled in our Live (Evening and Weekend) and Distance (Self Study and Online) courses.

If you complete all of the requirements below, but do not pass the exam, we will welcome you back to repeat your course at no cost. This includes your lectures, lecture notes, course materials, and unlimited academic support. You may, however, need to purchase the updated Study Guides to reflect the CFA curriculum changes.

Homework for the Success Guarantee must be completed prior to the date of your exam. We encourage all students to follow the steps to receive the certificate – regardless of their confidence prior to the exam – to ensure eligibility.

If You Do Not Satisfy the Requirements

• 50 % Tuition Discount for Repeating Top Finance/ Stalla Candidates
  

 
Top Finance/Stalla live and distance students who would like to repeat the course but do not meet the requirements for the Success Guarantee are eligible to receive a 50 % discount off the total of the repeated course, including the Study Guides. Candidates must be repeating the same course and level. You may however, choose to apply the 50 percent discount to a different course format. For example, a student who took a live classroom course may choose to repeat using the self-study CD or online courses. Please note that this offer applies only to the Live and Distance Course programs.

Receive your Success Guarantee Certificate

To receive your Success Guarantee (TFCH) certificate, please make sure you have met the above requirements and then follow the steps below as they apply to you:

1. Attendance
   
   
   1. Classroom students: Top Finance master attendant sheet will be used as the attendance record. This sheet must be signed prior to each classroom course attended.
      
      
   2. Online or Self-Study students: If you have "viewed" classes online, you must also print a report from your online Grade Book. To print this report, click on the "Grade Book" link from the "My Tools" area of your Internet portal. In the Grade Book window, click the Print button, or follow the instructions on the screen.


2. Homework – From your PassMaster™ software, print out the "Tuition Waiver Guarantee Report", which summarizes the completion status of all lectures. (The "Performance Summary" section of the PassMaster manual explains how to print this report.)
   
   
   1. Classroom students: write your name and classroom location (i.e. Paris, France) clearly on the bottom of the PassMaster "Performance Summary" sheet and include the e-mail address to which your Tuition Waiver Guarantee certificate should be sent. Then complete the remaining steps.
      
      
   2. Online or Self-Study students: follow the same procedures as classroom students do, but substitute the type of course you took (online or CD) for classroom location. Then complete the remaining steps.


3. Collect the information described above that applies to you and fax, email or mail the Success Guarantee documents no later then the day prior to your exam to Top Finance Headquarters. For CD students, please fax within eight months following the date your product was shipped.

Success Guarantee Certificate

Certificates will be sent to you upon confirmation that all Success Guarantee requirements have been met. Certificates expire 365 days following your completion of the applicable level (or for CD students, from the issue date). Please note that the Success Guarantee can only be applied to the original course level taken (e.g., candidates must be repeating the same course level to qualify), and no discounts apply to candidates who are advancing to the next level.
