Protection of your personal data
The General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) gives you more control over how your data is used. Top Finance is committed to protecting the confidentiality and security of your personal information collected via our website, our applications or any other communication channel.
Why do we collect your data?
We only collect the information necessary to:
- Process your registration and give you access to the learning platforms.
- Facilitate your registration for official exams where applicable.
- Send you relevant information about your training.
- Improve our products and services through anonymous analytics.
- Comply with legal and regulatory obligations.
What data do we collect?
Depending on your interaction with us, we may collect: surname, first name, contact details (email, phone), professional information, training history and payment details (secured via the PCI DSS standard).
Data sharing
Your data may be shared with our educational partners (e.g. Kaplan Schweser, GARP, CFA Institute) solely to give you access to the materials you have ordered. We never sell your data to third parties for commercial purposes.
Your rights

General Terms of Sale and Use
1. Registration and Courses
Our training is delivered as group classes whose schedule is set by Top Finance. Any schedule change will be communicated in advance. For private lessons, the schedule is agreed by mutual consent.
2. Cancellation and Postponement Policy
Any cancellation or postponement request must be made in writing.
- Cancellation before classes begin: 50% of the invoiced amount refunded if the request is received before the 1st class.
- After the training has begun: No refund is possible once the training has started.
- Postponement: Possible to the following semester only, subject to a 10% administration fee. Subject to acceptance by Top Finance.
3. Course Materials & Copyright
The materials provided (books, online access, software) are protected by copyright. They are licensed for individual and personal use only. Copying, sharing or reselling these materials is strictly prohibited. Any infringement may be subject to legal action.
4. Official Exams
Registering for Top Finance training does not constitute registration for the official exams (CFA, FRM, CAIA, etc.). It is the participant's sole responsibility to check their eligibility and register with the certifying bodies.
5. Payment
All training must be paid in full at least 1 week before classes begin. Course materials are only shipped after receipt of full payment.
