Terms of Service


These terms of service are entered into by the candidate enrolling in a course or purchasing a service. 


Course


Shall mean the combination of registered sections of the course at the time of registration within a specific time period.


Materials and Copyrights 


The candidate understands and agrees that the course materials are protected by copyright law and are only being licensed to the candidate individual and personal use in preparation to sit for the exam. The candidate shall not copy, record, sell, loan or divulge any course materials to any other party, or allow any other person to do so. All notes taken by the candidate and all course materials shall be kept in the candidate possession at all times.


Study Format


Candidates may have the choice of three study formats where applicable. Live, Live Online, and Self Study. Materials may include textbooks and course software. Tuition includes lectures. Not all courses are delivered in three formats. Contact your local office for further information.


Eligibility to Sit for The Exam 


It is the candidate’s responsibility to determine the requirements to sit and earn the credential, certification, or charter he/she is applying for. These requirements may vary, but are not limited to, educational hour minimums, residency, work experience requirements, university transcripts evaluations, etc. Learn more about your exam sitting and certification, charter or license requirements by visiting the examining “certification” body’s official website. Candidate is responsible for determining entrance requirements and the deadlines required by the certification body.


Academic Progress and Certificates of Completion


The purpose of the course is to prepare candidates for the corresponding exam. No degrees, diplomas, grades or licenses will be issued at course completion. Completion of the course is not required in order to be eligible to sit for the corresponding exam. Certificates of completion for exam review courses may be requested for individual purposes (such as employer verification) based on meeting the below requirements:


• Correctly complete 90% of the course question

• Complete at least one Simulated Exam with a score of at least 50% correct


Termination Right 

The candidate may cancel the enrolment however, whether the candidate receives a refund is based on the Refund Policy set forth below. No termination will be accepted after the first lecture of the course. 


Refund Policy 


Requests for a refund must be made in writing explaining the reasons for cancellation before the second lecture of the course. Refund will be issued, after deducting any non-refundable fees or CPE completed course fees outlined below, within thirty days from request. 


Refunds are only issued for the full bundle purchased and are not subject to partial refunds based on lack of utilization of bundle features, such as Live or Live Online instruction or tutoring. For CPE Subscription/Certificates refunds will be pro-rated based upon the number of completed courses or webcasts. Each completed course or webcast will be assessed at the existing “per course” rate and deducted from the refund amount.

All terminations and requests for refunds must be made in writing to the local office. Business hours and contact information are available on our Contact Us page. 


Refunds for Programs Which Include Printed Materials 

Upon notice of cancelation, if the course included printed materials (i.e. textbooks and/or flashcards), the candidate must return all printed materials within ten (10) business days from the date of cancellation in order to receive the refund. Upon receipt of such printed materials, refund for tuition will be issued, after deducting any non-refundable fees outlined below, within thirty (30) days. 


The shipping costs to return printed materials is the sole responsibility of the candidate. All textbooks should be returned to the local office. 


For the avoidance of doubt, any content the candidate printed or materials the candidate downloaded related to any program may not be transferred or sold to another person. 


Non-Refundable Items 

All stand-alone products such as printed flashcards, course materials, textbook, and supplemental multiple-choice questions are non-refundable ancillary products. Flex Pay installment fees and shipping fees including fees for tuition waiver “Morgan Promise” are non-refundable. The refund will deduct these fees at original standard stand-alone price excluding any discounts price or bundled price with courses.


Self-study products and stand-alone ancillary products purchased are nonrefundable.


Printed Materials 

Study packages that include printed materials include one (1) copy of these materials in the cost of the package.

The subscription to any online access is limited from the date of initial login and activation as per the below.

Second Repeat Candidate


Second Repeat candidates receive 50% tuition savings on repeating the same course.


General Policies


The course schedules are subject to change without prior notice. Payment of any local customs or duties arising from the purchase of stand-alone materials or self-study products is the sole responsibility of the Candidate. Transfer from one city to another requires prior written approval, and the candidate understands and agrees that the higher tuition fees apply on transfer cases. A $195 administrative transfer fee will be charged and billed to the candidate.


Transfer from term to another term “deferral” requires prior approval and settlement of all dues before the transfer. Only one deferral is allowed to the following term and cannot be extended to another term. A $195 administrative transfer fee will be charged to the candidate. Materials already delivered to the candidate or ordered will not be returned nor exchanged. If new materials are required for the following term, the candidate will need to purchase them. Deferrals’ request may or may not be accepted.


Personal Conduct


It is expected that all candidates exhibit mature behavior and personal conduct consistent with the highest business standards under penalty of exclusion without refund. All candidates are expected to abide by the Student Code of Conduct.

Candidates may send comments or complaints regarding the course, instructors or any relevant feedback on the contact us page or by contacting the local office. 


Payments and Pricing 


Candidate agrees to fully settle all accounts promptly according to the payment plan issued at the date of registration. Candidate understands and agrees that if payments are not made on time whether though insufficient funds or declined attempts for any reasons, may result in suspension or termination of course registration or course license or subscription and he/she may not be able to attend any scheduled classes. In case of default, all payments fall due and become directly collectable as commercial instruments without the need for any court order upon their maturity date and by the sole fact of such maturity. Payments by bank deposits, check, wire transfer and credit cards are accepted. An administration fee of US $100 (One Hundred United States Dollars) or equivalent will be imposed for any returned or dishonored check due to insufficient funds or for any other reason. A 1% monthly penalty shall be due on any payment delay without the need of any notice in that respect. 

Material, license fees, and/or tuition fees are subject to change without any prior notice and are applicable to all new registrations.


Publicity Waiver and Release Disclosure 


By enrolling in this course the candidate hereby: (1) grant to Morgan Holding its parent, subsidiary and affiliated companies, agents, licensees and designees (collectively, “Morgan”), including their successors and assigns, the absolute, royalty free, irrevocable, worldwide, right and permission, with respect to any testimonial (written or oral), photographs, film, video or other images, or sound recordings taken by Morgan: (a) to use, re-use, publish, re-publish, copy, modify, display and create derivative works in whole or in part, individually or in conjunction with other photographs, images, recordings or testimonials in any medium (including without limitation, in print and on the Internet) and for any purpose whatsoever, including, without limitation in advertising, marketing, publications, electronic distribution, and the Internet and for any other commercial purpose; (b) to use the candidate name in connection therewith if Morgan so chooses; and (c) to copyright the same in the name of Morgan, or any other name that Morgan may choose, and (2) waive any and all rights to such photographs, film, video or other images, sound recordings, or testimonial and assigns all such rights to Morgan. If the candidate is under the age of 18, the parent or legal guardian’s signature indicates that he/ she and the candidate have read, understand, and agree to be bound by the terms of this disclosure. 


The candidate understands that there will be no compensation for the permitted use of any testimonial (written or oral), photographs, film, video or other images, or sound recordings taken by Morgan or use of the candidate’s name. 


The candidate hereby release and discharge Morgan, its successors, assigns and any designee (including any agency, client, broadcaster, periodical or other publication) from any and all claims and demands arising out of or in connection with the use of such photographs, film, video or other images, sound recordings, or testimonial, including but not limited to any claims for defamation, invasion of privacy, right of publicity, emotional distress or any similar right. Furthermore, the candidate represent and warrant that any testimonial given is original and does not infringe upon copyright.
